He has run the machines and priced the work, and the leads were built to keep his own crews busy first, back in 2021. That is why the listings carry the detail an operator actually needs instead of a name and a phone number.

Which Texas counties do you cover?
Statewide. Work has come in from 168 of the 254 Texas counties so far, heaviest in Harris, Hidalgo, Liberty, Anderson, Atascosa and Polk. The dry western half of the state is much quieter. If your county has not had work yet you stay on the list at no cost until something posts.
What does a Texas land clearing lead cost?
Leads are priced by the size of the job. Texas leads have run from $10 for a fractional lot up to $350 for a large tract, and the median is $40. Whatever the price is, you see it on the listing before you buy.
Are the Texas leads exclusive?
It depends which one you buy. Leads on the pay per lead marketplace are capped at three sales and then pulled from the site, so at most you are quoting against two other crews. Leads generated for you on the exclusive service go to you and nobody else.
How much Texas work comes through?
Texas has run steadily since November 2025, averaging 82 lead projects a month, with 568 posted in 2026 so far. An earlier Texas run through 2022 and 2023 added another 262 before we paused the state, so 1,043 all told. That is alongside the subcontract jobs, which are listed separately.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for leads. They are bought one at a time with no retainer and no minimum. The only thing you sign is the subcontractor agreement, and only once you have been awarded a sub job.
