Questions about pricing
Why are leads priced differently?
Price follows the size of the job. A half acre clean up is not worth the same as a twenty acre clear and grub, so we do not charge the same for it. The price is on every listing before you buy.
Is a lead exclusive to me?
Marketplace leads are sold to a maximum of three contractors and then pulled from sale. Leads generated for a marketing client are exclusive to that client and are never sold.
Am I tied in on the monthly plans?
Only the free website deal has a commitment, and that is six months of SEO. Ads and standalone SEO run month to month.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. Buy a lead and what you quote and what you make is entirely yours. On subcontract work you set your own day rate and we pay it.
