How bidding works
Four steps. You bid the machine work, we handle the customer, the contract and the money.
Find a job you can run
Every listing shows the county, the acreage, the machine hours, the start date and the scope of work, including the size of machine the job calls for.
Submit your bid
One form and no account to create. You give us your number for the machine hours listed. Bidding costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Get awarded
We look at your machine, your reviews and your price, not just the cheapest number. If we pick you, our subcontractor agreement comes by email. That is the only point you sign anything.
Do the work, get paid
We share the customer details and it is on you to contact them and confirm what time you will be on site. Do the work, send photos and invoice us. You are paid the next day.

Questions about subcontract work
How and when do I get paid?
In subcontract work put through one contractor, LRS Land Services, over the last few years.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not to bid, and not to be on the list. You sign our subcontractor agreement only once you have been awarded a job, and it covers that job. There is no retainer and no monthly fee.
What if there is nothing in my state?
Get on the notification list and we will email you when work is posted near you. We add states as the work comes in, so an empty state today does not mean an empty state next month.
What if I finish the job early?
There is an eight hour minimum on every job. If the work is finished inside that window you are still paid for the full eight hours.
