Questions about subcontract work
Straight answers.
How and when do I get paid?
You invoice us, not the property owner. Once the work is done, send us the photos and your invoice for the machine hours and you are paid the next day. We carry the payment risk with the customer.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not to bid, and not to be on the list. You sign our subcontractor agreement only once you have been awarded a job, and it covers that job. There is no retainer and no monthly fee.
What if there is nothing in my state?
Get on the notification list and we will email you when work is posted near you. We add states as the work comes in, so an empty state today does not mean an empty state next month.
What if I finish the job early?
There is an eight hour minimum on every job. If the work is finished inside that window you are still paid for the full eight hours.
